My account

How to create my account ?

Creating a customer account will allow you to simplify your purchases, order faster, or even track your packages.

To create your account, simply:

    - Go to the Implicite home page

    - Click on My Account at the top right

    - Fill in all empty and mandatory fields

    - Click on "Validate"

A confirmation email with the login details will be sent to you. If you have not received an email from Implicite, please consider checking your spam!

How do I log into my account?

Go to the page of the Implicit site of your choice then click on the top right on My Account. You can now enter your login details. As a reminder, these were sent to you by email when you registered.

What if I forgot or lost my password?

Simply click on "Forgot your password?" from the My Account page. Then enter your email address and click "Validate". The system will automatically send you a new password in the mailbox linked to your account. You can then modify it from your Implicit account. If you haven't received an email from Implicite, consider checking your spam folder.

How can I update my personal information ?

On the page of your choice, click on My account located at the top right, then on "Account information". From this page you can modify all the personal information.



Purchases

How to order?

You can order with ease on our website: to start, we invite you to create an account (for more information, see the My Account section of this FAQ). Then just follow these next steps:

    - Put your articles in your basket: click on the article you like, select the colour as well as the size then click on "Add to basket". A window will open to offer you: either to continue shopping or to view your basket. If you want to continue shopping, click "Continue shopping", then repeat for all the products you want to buy.

    - Validate your basket and delivery method: once your selection is completed, click on the basket at the top right of the site. The cart summary page opens. You can change the colour and size of your items. Just click on the "modify" button to the right of the summary table. If you have a discount code, enter it in the field provided. Choose your delivery method: at the address of your choice. Finally, click on "Confirm my order".

    - Identify yourself: once the order has been confirmed, the "Identification" page will open. Indicate the email address used for the creation of your account as well as your password. If you were already identified before placing the order, you will go directly to the "Addresses" page. If you are a new customer, enter your email address in the box provided for this purpose and you will be automatically switched to creating your account.

    - Addresses: validate the billing address and the delivery address chosen. Then, you must accept the implicit general conditions of sale by checking the box "I have read and I accept the general conditions of sale". The general conditions of sale are available at the bottom of the site. Finally click on "Confirm my order".

    - Pay your order: the "Payment" page opens. Choose the desired method of payment from those offered. Then click on "Finalize my order" to enter your bank details, then confirm. Payment is 100% secure.

Once your payment has been validated and accepted, an order number will be displayed as well as a summary to confirm that your order has been taken into account. This number will allow you to follow the stages of routing your package, from its preparation to its delivery, from the "My Account" area.

How do I remove an item from the basket?

In front of each item in the basket, you will find a "delete" button. By clicking on it, the item will disappear from the basket.

How do I use my discount code?

Once your basket is filled, you must enter the reduction code in the dedicated field called "A reduction code?", Then click on "Ok". If the code is taken into account, you will see the reduction deducted from the total amount of your order. If the code is not taken into account, we invite you to contact customer service support for more information.

How do I know if an item is still in stock?

All the products that we offer on our site are available for sale. On the size menu on the left, you can view all available sizes. Out of stock products cannot be selected.

How to follow an order?

We will send you a confirmation of your order by email within a few minutes. When sending the package, we also notify you by email. At any time, you can log into your customer account (with your email and password) to follow the status of your order. If your order is in "Completed" status, it is that it is part of our warehouses and that it will be delivered to you within a few days.

 

How to consult my basket?

At any time, you can view the contents of your basket by clicking on the basket at the top right. This is accessible on all pages of the site.

Payment

What are the possible means of payment?

It is possible to pay by bank card (Visa and MasterCard) or by Paypal.

Is online payment secure?

Implicite guarantees you a 100% secure site. Your bank details are encrypted and disappear automatically after payment. You can carry out your purchases on our site in all serenity. By clicking on the bank card of your choice, you will be directed to the secure payment site.

 

Why is my credit card refused?

Your credit card can be refused for one of the following reasons:

    - Your card has expired. Check the expiration date of your card.

    - You may have reached the limit of the amount available on the card. Consult with your bank.
    - One of the data you entered is incorrect. Check that you have entered the data correctly in the corresponding fields.

For any other problem, we invite you to contact your bank.

How to ensure that the purchase has been made?

Once your bank details have been entered, and after confirming your order, you will receive a purchase confirmation email. We advise you to keep this email carefully. If you have not received an email from Implicite, remember to check your spam! If you still do not receive the confirmation email, we invite you to contact our customer service.

What are the delivery times ?

The delivery of your package is expected within an average of 48 hours (working days) from dispatch from our warehouses.

Is there a charge for delivery?

For any order above or equal to € 69, delivery costs are free. In this case, the delivery costs will automatically be zeroed in your basket. For orders less than € 69, the delivery costs are €5.90 for home delivery.

What to do if an item is missing from the order?

Implicite undertakes to prepare its orders with the utmost care. However, it is possible that your item is no longer in stock. If your item is delayed, it will be notified to you by email when the item is shipped to you. If the item is sold out, it will be impossible for us to deliver it to you later and you will be reimbursed. If you have any doubts or questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service support. A customer service adviser will be happy to assist you.

Is there a problem with the item?

We encourage you to contact our customer service who will be happy to provide you with information.

What if the package still hasn't arrived?

We invite you to follow your order directly on your account. By using the tracking number in the confirmation email, you can also locate your package. For more information, you can contact our customer service.
